In the wake of Corona-virus pandemic, we have implemented new procedures to protect the safety of the public, our clients, and our staff. All private appointments to view a property will now meet a comprehensive qualification process. These steps will include purchasers to:
• View the property online and view video tours via our website or socials either Facebook or Instagram.
• Complete a drive-by of the property to make sure you are satisfied with the property's location.
• Be an unconditional purchaser with finance approvals in place.

This process is in place to ensure the safety of all parties involved and to maximise efficiency during a very difficult period of time for everyone. We urge people not to book appointments if you have any flu like symptoms or if you have been feeling unwell. Re-schedule. Similarly, if you have been in contact with anyone recently returned from overseas in the last 14 days please refrain from booking a viewing. Re-schedule.
